We will have books in our wee library for the next week before we pack them away for winter. You can bring a gardening book and swap for another, donate some book or take a book and pop a donation in our charity collection can Its a great way of accessing gardening books for free or a wee donation and helps recycling.

Autumn Orange in the nursery gardens |
It’s been another busy week in the nursery and although we are winding down towards closing for winter at the end of the month there is still plenty to do.
This week we have finished the huge propagation list which produces hundreds, nae thousands of new plants for next year by cutting, seed and division. There will still be odd bits of propagation in the next week or so but essentially that’s a big tick off the to do list
We’ve started the wildflower area strimming, starting with the herb garden top bank
Last but not least David has been working hard behind the scenes building the first new tunnel which is now ready for its cover. It will be a huge step forward to get at least one operational before winter and fully ready for use in spring and a second potting area on the nursery site. More about all that in another post
