This April I am

Making: The most of time off to work in the garden and have plenty time to do everything.

Cooking: home made sushi for birthday dinner.

Drinking: Margaritas.

Reading: Difficult Mothers by Terri Apter.

Wanting: The warm sunny weather to come back and the rain and snow to go.

Looking: At interesting work ideas for the future.

Playing: My new collection of Runrig CDs to replace the old copies I had.

Wishing: My sister lots of love through her cancer treatment.

Enjoying: Just being, no worries, no stress just enjoying life (and thats a first!)

Loving: Life.

Smelling: chocolate covered coffee beans.

Wearing: New T-shirts bought in the sales.

Anticipating: Change.

Buying: Train tickets for my courses.

Disliking: The bad things in the world.

Eating: Very healthily and losing weight.

Planting: Vegetable seedlings.

Marvelling: At how quickly this year is going!

Wondering: What I'll be doing later this year when I need to find a job.

Feeling: Very nervous about my first course this weekend and travelling there.


  1. That's a very comprehensive list Rona - I can't help but point out that we are now into May. So either presume it's a typo or you are revisiting a list you made previously. If it's the later - did you manage to achieve all your aspirations?

  2. Hi Angie, running behind, I usually try to get it out mid month, but being away twice for long weekends lately, it's all gone a bit haywire! Yes April pretty much lived up to the blog post, just back from my first course which was very interesting but exhausting!
